As more schools joined, LiveSchool continued to grow its team with passionate educators. LiveSchool won multiple research grants with the U.S. Department of Education and launched major new features like Insights and House Points.

Meet Matt Rubinstein, LiveSchool’s CEO. In 2011, Matt was a Middle School teacher in Nashville, where he helped his school run their weekly “paycheck” system: students earn paper bucks for positive, and they cash them in for rewards and events.
Students loved the system, but the teachers struggled to manage the paperwork and manual tracking, which left everyone frustrated.
Powered by a team of former educators and support from its customer community, LiveSchool now serves 1000+ schools in 47 states and 14 countries. Together, we’re developing the tech tools and professional resources to make behavior an asset for student and school success.
